Toovio both requires and produces data as part of campaign executions. The data Toovio requires is rich customer data: i.e. order history, usage metrics, bio, etc. Toovio takes this rich customer data and builds the Master Customer Record (MCR), enhanced decisioning data structure. The data Toovio produces is a daily system snapshot or Electronic Data Record (EDR).

MCR is an enhanced customer view that Toovio leverages to build presentation rules, apply segmentation, and help enhance our machine learning (APM).

Toovio produces daily system snapshots of Event and Disposition EDRs to allow clients to review and analyze the results of all campaign decisions throughout the tool.
